The church, built in 1842 is large, open and airy and is open weekdays from 9am to 5.30pm and Sundays from 7.30am to 8.30pm. The worship tradition is decidedly Catholic. Incense, Reservation of the Sacrament, the use of vestment, stole and scarf is normal. Common Worship is used for most services with the exception of Evensong and Solemn Benediction when the Book of Common Prayer is preferred. |

Holy Trinity is a large Grade 2 listed medieval building. There is a robed choir and mainly traditional worship, with a friendly atmosphere and coffee after the 11.15am service. There is an active bellringing team. Each September the whole village is involved in a Scarecrow Weekend which raises funds for the church, school and recreation centre and village. There is a church primary school. |

St Mary's is a large and busy church with a warm and friendly atmosphere. 10am services are most popular with a quieter more initimate feel at other services. It is a Fairtrade church and has a Traidcraft stall on the second Sunday of every month. There is a strong musical tradition and excellent choir as well as a wide range of interesting groups and activities. There is full disabled access including toilets at the west end of the church. |
