A UNITED SERVICE FOR THE DEANERY

On Sunday 13th July a united service for the whole of the Stourbridge Deanery will take place on the Cricket Ground at Pedmore

From the Rural Dean:

"It is exciting that the main morning service of churches all over the Deanery will be taking place not in their parish church, but with Christians from the other churches in Stourbridge on Pedmore cricket pitch at 11am. It should be a great time of unity and fellowship in the Deanery - and with the Diocese, as it coincides with the last day of the Diocesan Assembly in Swanwick."

Programme for the day:

11am            United Service of Holy Communion for all ages (please bring a rug or a chair to sit on)

12.30 ish        Picnic lunch together (please bring your own food and drink)

1.30ish            Rounders matches on the cricket pitch for the energetic; two walks (one easy, the other up Wychbury hill) for the less energetic; and for those who would prefer to do neither, the opportunity to cheer those playing Rounders

3.30ish        Cream Tea
